Edenvale, Jhb: DEBT COLLECTION ATTORNEY Minimum Requirements: -Presentable and professional, with excellent business English proficiency -LLB Degree completed, and admitted as an Attorney a must -1 to 2 years post admission experience a must, specifically in High Court & Magistrate’s Court Litigation and Debt Collection a must (Not less than 1 year post admission experience) -Sectional Title Levy Collections experience preferred -Fully independently functional in full Debt Collection and related Litigation matters a must -Computer literate in MS Office, Caselines & Court Online -Driver’s license and own vehicle a must -Stable employment record and contactable references -Residing near Edenvale -To start as soon as possible Duties: -Independently attend to Debt Collection, Sectional Title Levy Collection and Litigation matters for law firm -Drafting of pleadings and correspondence -Manage electronic emails and attending to queries from clients and debtors -Debit fees and disbursements -Court appearances -Consult with clients, colleagues and Counsel Salary: R 20 000 – R 30 000 gross maximum (Depending on experience) E-mail detailed CV in Word or PDF (not as a link) and indicate the following: - Reference CR2716; and - Your monthly gross salary expectation in context with offered amount.
