A leading multinational organisation is seeking a Dealer Enablement Specialist to join its regional team. Initially based in Boksburg, the role will relocate to Centurion later this year.
This is a unique, office-based opportunity where you'll work behind the scenes to support strategic business initiatives. The position is not dealer-facing and requires no regular travel, making it ideal for someone who enjoys analytical work, research, process improvement, and project coordination.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support strategic and cross-functional projects across the regional business.
  • Conduct detailed research and investigations to support business decisions.
  • Analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and management insights.
  • Perform detailed financial and operational calculations in both ZAR and USD.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.
  • Review and improve business processes while documenting standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial and operational information.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to gather, interpret, and present key information.
  • Provide analytical and project support to senior leadership on high-impact initiatives.
What You'll Need:
  • A completed tertiary qualification (Degree).
  • At least 4 years' experience in a Dealer Enablement, Dealer Support, Business Support, Network Development, or similar analytical role.
  • Industries: Manufacturing/ Construction/ Mining/ Agriculture/ Heavy Machinery
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with large datasets and performing complex calculations.
  • Excellent research, investigative, and reporting skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
