Data Entry Clerk

JOB SUMMARY

Accurately capture and update vehicle inspection data in the system. Ensure all data is complete, accurate and verified to support vehicle inspection.

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

Full Grade 12 School Certificate.

Diploma or Degree in ICT / Mathematics / Statistics.

Any related field is an added advantage.

Minimum 1 year work experience with a reputable organization.

KEY DUTIES

Capture and update vehicle inspection data.

Generate and issue inspection documents and reports.

Maintain accurate inspection records, documents and photos.

Follow company data management and quality procedures.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Internet.

Data entry proficiency and good typing speed.

Knowledge of database and information management systems.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and teamwork.
