Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational and system data to identify trends, patterns, and performance insights
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Monitor data quality, consistency, and accuracy across systems
- Provide user support, including onboarding, training, and responding to user inquiries
- Troubleshoot basic issues related to tracking devices and system usage
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate technical teams
- Support system adoption by guiding users on best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve data processes and reporting structures
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for user support
- Basic understanding of IT systems and ability to troubleshoot user-level issues
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience with telematics, tracking systems, or similar platforms is an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Prior experience in a data analysis or user support role
- Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL) is an added advantage
