We are looking for motivated, reliable and hardworking individuals to fill the following position:
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (FEMALE)
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Reply to customer messages on behalf of the company.
- Provide excellent customer service.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- Grade 12 Certificate or any related qualification.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Honest, responsible and well-presented.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience is an added advantage.
