Join our remote customer service team on a permanent basis and help support a top international sportswear brand.

This is a fully remote position, so a reliable high-speed internet connection is essential. All necessary equipment will be provided to ensure you can perform your duties effectively from home.

Working hours will vary to meet the needs of the business. Flexibility is essential, and weekend availability is required.



Experience:

1+ years of experience in a customer service role.

Proven ability to handle customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.

Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support platforms.

Experience working in fast-paced, multi-channel environments is a plus.

Experience supporting e-commerce or retail campaigns is a bonus.
