To operate machines and assist Brewer in the Craft Brewery

Key Responsibilities

To ensure good manufacturing practices and hygiene standards in the Craft Brewery

To set up and operate Production/Brewery machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines

To monitor and record all production activities

To perform basic maintenance of the machines
