Duties / Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, valves and pilot circuits.Test hydraulic pressure and flow, control contamination and resolve system faults.Repair boom, hoist, feed, rotation, mast and dump functions.Maintain mechanical parts including bearings, shafts, pins, bushes and linkages.Find and repair 24V electrical faults involving solenoids, relays,
Primary duties:Daily maintenance checks on injection moulding machines, decorating and services equipment.Diagnosing and solving mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and other faultsSolving barrel heater temperature faultsAttending to oil leaksStripping injection screws and assessing screw tips, check rings, etcDiagnosing pump faults and failuresReplacing pumpsTesting motors and diagnosing
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Trade Certificate as a Millwright or ElectricianMinimum 1 year maintenance experiencePackhouse experience will be advantageous.
