Duties:

• Develop engaging content ideas aligned with campaign objectives, brand strategies, and retail promotions

• Create content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels

• Produce content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and sales

• Translate briefs into compelling visual and video content

• Plan and execute content shoots, including product, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, and campaign content

• Capture high-quality photography and videography using professional equipment and mobile devices

• Manage shoot logistics, styling requirements, props, and content planning

• Edit video content for multiple platforms and formats

• Perform basic retouching, colour correction, sound editing, and motion graphics where required

• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards

• Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats

• Identify opportunities for reactive and trend-led content

• Monitor competitor and industry activity to inspire new content approaches

• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Designers, Copywriters, Account Managers, and Clients

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and campaign development

• Assist with content calendars and planning

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Organise and maintain content libraries and asset management systems

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in content creation, social media, or related fields

• Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing tools

• Strong storytelling, creative thinking, and collaboration skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently

• Knowledge of project management practices

• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices
