Overview:

• We are actively seeking an exceptionally experienced and highly skilled Construction Builder specializing in civil works and finishing, with a comprehensive background of 10 to 15 years in the construction industry. The ideal candidate should have a substantial portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership and Management: Lead construction projects, coordinating efforts to ensure timely completion within budget while adhering to exceptional quality standards.
• Budget and Cost Management: Utilize financial management expertise to draft, monitor, and manage accurate project budgets, ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk Management and Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential risks and develop clear mitigation strategies to safeguard project progress.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce stringent quality control procedures that comply with industry standards and local building regulations.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain a strong commitment to health and occupational safety at all construction sites.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to executive management and relevant stakeholders, detailing project status, financial performance, and any deviations from the initial plan.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Technology.
• A minimum of 10-15 years of proven experience in construction project management and building.
• Significant prior experience with reputable firms is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Experience in block setting, plastering, mechanical and electrical work, finishing, and various construction levels, including high-rise and mid-rise projects.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
