Compliance & Standards Manager

• Are you a compliance professional who builds functions that protect and enable a business, not one that slows it down? We are looking for a dedicated Compliance & Standards personnel in the Supply Chain - Logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the company's trade and port compliance posture across all regulatory obligations
• Manage quality and management system standards across the business
• Drive internal/external ethical trade compliance across all clients, local & international.
• Lead the internal audit programme across all departments
• Oversee transport and third-party logistics compliance
• Maintain senior-level relationships with government regulatory agencies
• Manage one direct report with scope to grow the team

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years in compliance, regulatory, or quality management roles in supply chain logistics.
• Minimum 4 years at the management level with direct reports
• Experience in trade, logistics, or a port-adjacent environment
• Demonstrated ability to enforce compliance standards across senior stakeholders
• Hands-on management system and audit experience
• Active working relationships with relevant government regulatory bodies
• BSc/HND minimum; postgraduate in compliance or a related field is an advantage
