Minimum Requirements
- Proven commercial vehicle service/workshop management experience (Essential)
- Qualified Diesel Mechanic (Trade Test / Diesel Mechanic Qualification)
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial vehicles and diesel engines
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage workshop workflow, productivity, and quality standards
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Computer literate and able to work with workshop management systems
- Valid driver’s license
- Must reside in Nelspruit
