CNC PROGRAMMER, SETTER & OPERATOR willing to take Ownership of the CNC Department within an ENGINEERING Industry
***** Comfortable with MODERN MANUFACTURING
TECHNOLOGY
***** Willing to Start as soon as possible should you
be successful after Assessment
* Minimum 4-5 Years' proven experience -
CNC Programming, Machine Setup & Operation
* Ability to interpret Detailed Engineering Drawings,
Tolerances & Specifications
* Ability selecting appropriate Tooling, Cutting
Parameters, Feeds & Speeds
* Ability to set work Offsets, Tool offsets & Conduct
first-off inspections
* Resolve Programming, Tooling & Machining Problems
* Measuring & Inspecting Components using Precision
Measuring Equipment
* COMPUTER Literate
* Administrative & Record Keeping abilities
* Maintain Job Cards, Set-up Sheets, Inspection
