Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse will provide quality nursing care and support clinical services in accordance with established healthcare standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for patient care, specimen collection, documentation, infection prevention, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care in accordance with established clinical standards and protocols.

• Collect blood, urine, stool, and other laboratory specimens following standard collection procedures.

• Ensure proper labeling, handling, storage, and transportation of specimens.

• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.

• Follow infection prevention and control procedures at all times.

• Ensure proper segregation and disposal of medical waste.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold professional ethical standards.

• Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, and incidents promptly.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training activities.

• Collaborate effectively with laboratory personnel, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

• Assist in patient preparation and education related to diagnostic and laboratory procedures.

• Ensure a clean, safe, and patient-friendly clinical environment.
