We are looking for a Client Liaison Officer.
The Client Liaison Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with members and corporate payroll teams through regular on-site engagement. The role focuses on facilitating effective resolution of payroll and medical aid queries, while delivering a high level of personalised service, particularly to executive and VIP members.
Duties and Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for relationship management, query resolution, and service delivery excellence, including:
- Building and maintaining relationships with corporate payroll managers and staff
- Ensuring high levels of service excellence and member satisfaction
- Facilitating the resolution of payroll and medical aid-related queries
- Tailoring services based on identified client needs and requirements
- Conducting on-site client and member visits (weekly, monthly, or quarterly depending on group size and client requirements)
- Providing on-site support through one-on-one engagements
- Delivering training and education sessions at key corporate client sites
- Conducting year-end renewal presentations and information sessions
- Coordinating and supporting Wellness/Health Days
- Maintaining accurate weekly and monthly records of client interactions and reporting
- Identifying critical issues and initiating corrective action where required
- Maintaining up-to-date product and industry knowledge
- Assisting with product design and development initiatives
- Supporting the development of marketing material

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a client retention, client services, or relationship management role
- Experience within the medical aid/healthcare funding industry is essential
- A qualification in Sales and Marketing, Customer Service, or a related field will be advantageous
- Presentation or facilitation training will be an added advantage
