Employment Information

We are looking for a Client Liaison Officer.
The Client Liaison Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with members and corporate payroll teams through regular on-site engagement. The role focuses on facilitating effective resolution of payroll and medical aid queries, while delivering a high level of personalised service, particularly to executive and VIP members.
Duties and Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for relationship management, query resolution, and service delivery excellence, including:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with corporate payroll managers and staff
  • Ensuring high levels of service excellence and member satisfaction
  • Facilitating the resolution of payroll and medical aid-related queries
  • Tailoring services based on identified client needs and requirements
  • Conducting on-site client and member visits (weekly, monthly, or quarterly depending on group size and client requirements)
  • Providing on-site support through one-on-one engagements
  • Delivering training and education sessions at key corporate client sites
  • Conducting year-end renewal presentations and information sessions
  • Coordinating and supporting Wellness/Health Days
  • Maintaining accurate weekly and monthly records of client interactions and reporting
  • Identifying critical issues and initiating corrective action where required
  • Maintaining up-to-date product and industry knowledge
  • Assisting with product design and development initiatives
  • Supporting the development of marketing material

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a client retention, client services, or relationship management role
  • Experience within the medical aid/healthcare funding industry is essential
  • A qualification in Sales and Marketing, Customer Service, or a related field will be advantageous
  • Presentation or facilitation training will be an added advantage

Work Requirements

  • The position will be in Namibia

Computer Literacy
Proficiency with the following programmes is required:

  • MS Word.
  • MS Excel.
  • MS Outlook / e-mail.
  • MS Explorer / Internet.
