Employment Information

  • We are seeking a highly organized, detail-Oriented, proactive, spiritually mature, and administratively gifted Church Administrator to oversee our daily operations, manage our facilities, and support our pastoral leadership.
  • If you are passionate about managing the practical and administrative logistics of ministry so our pastoral team can focus on spiritual leadership, we would love to have you on the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations & Management:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities, manage facility bookings, coordinate church schedules, coordinate routine maintenance and security. Assisting in driving church growth agenda and handling correspondence.

EVENT COORDINATION:

  • Assist with the planning and execution of Sunday services, weekly programs, and special events.

FACILITY OVERSIGHT:

  • Supervise the maintenance and security of the church equipments and premises, ensuring spaces are prepared and safe for all activities.

FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, process payment and deposit transactions, assist with budget tracking, and oversee payroll processing.

STAFF AND VOLUNTEER LEADERSHIP:

  • Supervise, recruit, train, and schedule administrative staff and volunteers.

COMMUNICATION:

  • Manage church communications - International and external, including emails, newsletters, and bulletin creation. Member databases, and official inquiries with high discretion and confidentiality.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Bible School Training & Certification e.g - Day Star Leadership Academy, WOFBI - word of faith Bible Institute
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in office administration, non-profit management, or church leadership

Tech Skills:

  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel,accounting software and church management software/tools e.g., ChurchTrac, Planning Center.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, strong problem-solving abilities, high emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, reliability, and attention to details.
  • Strong spiritual maturity and a deep commitment to the church’s mission and values.
