- The COO is to provide strong leadership for the academic,administrative,and operational activities of the schools.
- The COO reports to the Board and would be expected to drive, growth and profitability of the schools. The COO must have a strong relationships with staff, students and stakeholders.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Education a higher degree may be an added advantage
- Must have a minimum of 10 years working experience at a senior management level in a school
- Must possess a medium level in ICT proficiency
- Must be a person of proven integrity.
