Key Responsibilities
- Direct and implement financial strategies, accounting functions, reporting, forecasting, and budgetary controls.
- Ensure the organisation's financial health, sustainability, and maximisation of return on investment.
- Provide strategic financial advice to the Board of Directors and play a pivotal role in shaping future financial strategies.
- Drive financial performance and oversee shared services to support organisational growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance and/or Accounting.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ACA, CFA) and a professional membership in good standing with a recognised institute.
- Master's in Business Administration or relevant postgraduate degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years' experience, with at least seven (7) years at executive level or senior management in finance or shared services.
