The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in professional cookery, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for creating outstanding cuisine. ?️ Key Responsibilities • Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with established standards • Take responsibility for a designated section within the kitchen • Ensure consistency, quality and presentation of all food leaving the kitchen • Assist with menu preparation and daily mise en place • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering requirements • Ensure all food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained • Work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations • Assist with training and supporting junior kitchen staff where required • Minimise waste and contribute to effective cost control measures • Maintain a clean, organised and efficient workstation at all times ✔️ Requirements • Relevant culinary qualification preferred • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready for the next step • Experience within a luxury hospitality, hotel, restaurant or guest farm environment advantageous • Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations • Excellent organisational and time-management skills • Ability to work efficiently under pressure • Passion for food, creativity and attention to detail • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Reliable, professional and well-presented ?
