Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our Finance & Accounting team as a Cashier. The role involves managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with Ethiopian tax laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong accounting knowledge, proficiency in financial software, and a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and update ledgers regularly.
- Transaction Handling: Process cash, credit, and check transactions efficiently and securely.
- Pricing Accuracy: Verify and ensure correct pricing in all transactions.
- Tax Compliance: Apply knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws and policies to ensure compliance.
