Buyer’s Administrator – Sneakers & Trainers (Menswear)

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Buyer’s Administrator to join our Sneakers & Trainers and Menswear team. This is a structured, execution-focused administrative role supporting the end-to-end buying process of third-party branded fashion and footwear.

If you are passionate about data accuracy, process management, and supporting a fast-paced e-commerce environment — without the commercial responsibility of buying — this opportunity could be ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support across the buying cycle, including purchase order creation, amendments, and maintenance

  • Track stock deliveries and manage reporting and critical path timelines

  • Ensure accurate SKUs, pricing, delivery dates, and quantities across systems and the website

  • Capture and maintain product data received from third-party brands, including images, descriptions, specifications, and barcodes

  • Conduct website checks to ensure content accuracy (imagery, sizing, descriptions, specifications)

  • Maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, and reports using Excel and Google Sheets

  • Liaise daily with planning, operations, customer service, finance, and brand partners to resolve administrative queries

  • Manage stakeholder communication to ensure deadlines and delivery timelines are met

Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric (tertiary qualification in Business Administration or similar advantageous)

  • Experience in a Buyer’s Admin, Buying Support, or Merchandising Admin role preferred

  • Exposure to the retail buying cycle, particularly third-party or branded buying, advantageous

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups are essential)

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and adapting to evolving processes

Additional Information

  • Office-based, full-time role

  • Market-related salary aligned to an administrative position

  • This is a dedicated administrative role focused on execution and process integrity

If you meet the above criteria and are confident in your Excel proficiency, we invite you to apply.
