Technical Competencies & Experience:
- Data Analysis: Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and performance drivers across sales, finance, supply chain, and HR.
- Data Governance: Maintain strict data quality and integrity standards. Integrate and validate information across ERP, CRM, and financial platforms.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders to translate needs into analytical solutions. Support strategic planning and business improvement initiatives.
- Automation: Design data integration processes that streamline reporting and reduce manual effort.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs to help management measure progress against strategic objectives.
- Capability Enhancement: Drive the maturity of business analytics. Promote data-driven decision-making and adopt new analytical tools.
