Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Acquire and manage distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, and retail outlets.
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities.
  • Ensure product availability across assigned territories.
  • Prepare sales reports and market intelligence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3years' experience in FMCG sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and territory management.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
