Key Responsibilities

• Promote funeral services and funeral policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with churches, companies, burial societies, and community stakeholders.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives.
• Manage and grow the branch’s social media presence.
• Achieve agreed sales and growth targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Knowledge of the Francistown market will be an added advantage.
