Business Development Manager

We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Field Marketer to grow our motor dealership network and increase the sales of our insurance and non-insurance products within the motor industry. Key Responsibilities: Sign up and onboard new dealerships. Build and maintain strong dealership relationships. Train F&I; managers and dealership staff on iMPAC products. Drive monthly policy sales and product penetration. Grow and manage an active dealership portfolio. Performance Measured On: Number of active dealerships. Number of insurance policies written monthly. Number of non-insurance products written monthly. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) preferred. Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle. Previous experience in motor, insurance, warranty, F&I;, or financial services sales advantageous. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. No criminal record. Remuneration: The successful candidate will receive a guaranteed basic remuneration of R15,000.00 (Fifteen Thousand Rand) per month for the first six (6) months of employment, commencing from the first payroll date following the Employee's first full month of service. This guaranteed basic remuneration is intended to provide financial support during the establishment period and shall cease upon completion of the initial six (6) month period, after which the Employee shall be remunerated in accordance with the applicable commission structure. Commission-only structure with uncapped earning potential.
