• An applicable Degree / National Higher Diploma in metalliferous mining engineering. • Mine Managers Certificate of competency. • 10 Years hard rock mining experience of which 5 years should be at senior management level. • Applicable financial knowledge. • The ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels in the organization, and experience in managing large numbers of employees. • Knowledge and experience in employee relations matters and strong people skills. • Computer literate at skilled level. • Adequate presentation and communication skills. • Valid driver’s license. • Valid certificate of fitness (Red Ticket).
