A well-established motor dealership in Durban is seeking an experienced and organised BSI Controller to coordinate the daily workflow of its busy workshop. The ideal candidate will have strong dealership workshop experience, excellent planning abilities and the confidence to manage technicians, bookings and work in progress effectively. Minimum Requirements Previous experience as a BSI Controller or Workshop Controller within a recognised motor dealership is essential. Workshop Foreman experience will be advantageous. Strong knowledge of dealership workshop operations and processes. Experience working on the BSI system or a similar dealership management system. Matric certificate. Valid South African driver’s licence. Strong planning, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage pressure in a busy workshop environment.
