Job Description:
- Oversee full branch operations, including sales, technical support, and distribution
- Drive HVAC sales growth across commercial, residential, and industrial markets
- Manage and develop internal sales teams, technicians, and support staff
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the KZN region
- Ensure stock control, logistics coordination, and operational efficiency
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability of the branch
- Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and customer service excellence
Skills & Experience:- Proven experience in HVAC, air‑conditioning, or technical distribution environments
- Strong sales and business development background within building services or construction sectors
- Experience managing a branch, team, or business unit
- Good understanding of HVAC systems, products, and applications
- Strong financial acumen and ability to drive profitability
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment
Qualification:- Relevant technical or business qualification (Mechanical Engineering or similar advantageous)
- MBA (Advantageous)
