Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance or a related field
• Certificate of Proficiency in Long-term and Short-term Insurance (where applicable)
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial servicesat least 2 years in a supervisory or branch leadership roleexperience managing sales teams or branch operationssound knowledge of unsecured lending and the Botswana market
