RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the day-to-day financial management and accounting function of the dealership.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting and financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax and company reporting requirements.
• Partner with operational management to analyse vehicle, parts and service performance and improve profitability.
• Monitor inventory, margins and departmental financial performance.
• Maintain and strengthen internal control processes across all departments.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance and administration team.
• Support the Group Financial Manager with financial analysis, reporting and strategic initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field will be advantageous.
• 2–5 years' financial management experience, preferably within the automotive retail industry.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience on dealership management systems such as Pinewood or Pinnacle will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to perform effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
