Requirements Diploma or Degree in Bookkeeping, Accounting or Finance Minimum 3–5 years' bookkeeping experience Experience processing multiple sets of books to Trial Balance Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel Experience with Sage, Pastel, Xero, QuickBooks or similar accounting software Own reliable transport Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans High level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail Duties Process multiple companies' books to Trial Balance Process cashbooks, journals, and bank reconciliations Manage creditors and debtors Reconcile balance sheet accounts and VAT Submit VAT201 returns Process salary, wage, and stock adjustment journals Maintain general ledgers and accounting records Prepare financial information for the accountant Liaise professionally with clients and assist with accounting queries Please forward your CV.
