We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BI Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about turning data into meaningful insights and building reliable reporting solutions that support business decision-making.

You’ll work across the full data lifecycle -from data extraction and transformation to reporting and visualization in a fast-paced, high-standards environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including dashboards and reports
  
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources
  
• Build and optimise data models to ensure accuracy and performance
  
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports
  
• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions
  
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability across systems
  
• Troubleshoot data issues and improve existing reporting processes
  
• Support ongoing system enhancements and performance improvements

Requirements

Technical Skills

• 3–5 years’ experience in a BI Developer or similar role
  
• Strong SQL skills with experience in query writing and performance tuning
  
• Proficiency in SSMS and SSRS
  
• Experience with data modelling and database design
  
• Solid understanding of ETL processes
  
• Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI or similar)
  
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is advantageous
