• Previous experience in a waiter or barman role essential
• Strong food and beverage knowledge with excellent service skills
• Well-presented, professional, and guest-focused in manner
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a 24-day on / 6-day off cycle
• Ability to work split shifts and extended hours when required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Comfortable engaging with a diverse and discerning clientele

• Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly food and beverage service across all service periods
• Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits, to a consistent standard
• Ensure tables are correctly set, and all service areas are maintained to a high standard
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and beverage offerings
• Communicate guest dietary requirements and preferences to the relevant team members
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout all service areas
• Support the wider team to ensure a seamless and positive guest experience at all times
