Description:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees and teas.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and related equipment.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and related supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the coffee preparation area.
• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and light meal menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Assist with menu preparation and daily specials.
• Monitor food stock and assist with ordering requirements.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Barista and/or Chef in a café, restaurant, or coffee shop environment.
• Experience operating commercial coffee machines.
• Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
