Bolux Group requires the services of a qualified, experienced Bakery Dispatch Supervisor.

Reporting to the Bakery Supply Chain Manager, the Bakery Dispatch Supervisor will have the responsibility to ensure safe and efficient dispatching, receiving, handling and distribution of products as per customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of all products in the correct quantities and on the right time as per customer orders.
• Adhere to and implement labelling, coding and wrapping standards as per the Factory's Act.
• Assess delivery schedules and implement corrective actions and improvements according to the Sales Orders.
• Ensure drivers' routes are planned for maximum efficiency and to meet delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate bakery products delivery to all depots.
• Provide daily reports to Bakery Distribution Controller.
• Undertake daily inspections of delivery vehicles before loading to ensure that the vehicles are in sound hygiene state that meet the Food Hygiene Standards.
• Analyse documentation distributed by Drivers in order to track accuracy and generate reports.
• Ensure delivery of goods is handled in the Warehouse to make sure "FIFO" (First In First Out) practice is adequately adhered to.
• Spearhead the maintenance of safe loading and safe stacking standards.
• Ensure high quality and good housekeeping standards are maintained at the Dispatch Warehouse and Loading Bay.
• Ensure the delivery vehicles are well maintained.
• Supervise Proper replacement and certification of documents.
• Participate actively in the implementation of ISO and Kaizen programs to contribute to company compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental Policies.

Requirements

• A Diploma in Supply Chain Management/Business Management or related field.
• Four (4) years post qualification experience in the FMCG and manufacturing industry, bakery and confectionery production and management would be desirable.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and Microsoft Excel is required.
• Have good communication skills
• Good planning and organizing skills

• Deal with people diplomatically
• Be observant and compliant
