Requirements:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong system architecture and backend design skills.
- Experience building production-grade AI agent systems or LLM applications.
- Strong Python and TypeScript/Node.js.
- Experience with async workflows, event-driven architectures, queues, and state machines.
- Solid API integration experience OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Slack, etc..
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and vector databases.
- Strong testing, observability, and debugging practices.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Ability to translate product ideas into reliable production systems.
Preferred:
- Experience with multi-agent orchestration.
- Knowledge of memory architectures, RAG, MCP, and tool calling.
- Experience with workflow engines Temporal, LangGraph, Airflow, etc..
- Experience designing long-running autonomous systems.
