Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance on crop production and agronomic practices.
- Monitor crop growth and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Conduct soil analysis and recommend suitable fertilizers and treatments.
- Support farm operations to improve yield and efficiency.
- Assist in pest and disease identification and control measures.
- Ensure adherence to best agricultural and environmental practices.
- Prepare reports on farm performance and crop conditions.
- Work closely with farm managers and field staff to implement agronomic plans.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Agriculture (Agronomy or Crop Science option) or Diploma in Agriculture
- Â Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
- Must be 35 years or below
- Strong knowledge of crop production and soil management
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
