Nous recherchons pour le compte de notre client des agents qualifiés pour un poste en réception d'appels parlant couramment l'espagnol. Le candidat idéal doit avoir un excellent niveau de communication en espagnol, ainsi qu'une attitude professionnelle et amicale pour répondre aux demandes des clients.
Qualifications requises :
- Niveau d'espagnol : B2 minimum, C1 de préférence
- Expérience en réception d'appels ou dans un rôle similaire est un plus
- Compétences en communication exceptionnelles
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément
- Ponctualité et assiduité
