Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential client leads.
• Generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into sales.
• Conduct cold calling and proactive business development activities.
• Achieve monthly revenue and profit targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Engage with stakeholders to drive business growth and advertising opportunities.
• Prepare and submit activity reports, pipeline reports and sales forecasts.
• Attend sales meetings and provide updates on opportunities and market activity.
• Implement client retention strategies and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Expand and maintain a strong client database.

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant Diploma or Degree.
• Minimum 3 years' professional sales experience.
• Proven experience within advertising, media, sponsorship, marketing or related sales environments.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with senior executives and decision-makers.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's licence.
