✅ Relevant qualification in IT, Information Systems, or related field
✅ 3–5+ years’ experience in a technical support role (financial services experience advantageous)
✅ Strong understanding of banking systems and operational processes
✅ Experience with system troubleshooting and user support
✅ High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
