Our client is looking for a Administrative Assistant Wadges Clerk to join their team
Minimum requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
- Friendly, professional, meticulous, and precise
- Previous administrative and reception experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience working with wages/payroll
- Knowledge of labour, overtime calculations, and payslips
- Must be also able to handle switchboard/reception duties
- Managing PPE clothing and site-related administration
- Handling goods and deliveries to and from sites
- Assisting guests and visitors professionally
- Assisting Directors with functions, bookings, travel arrangements, and personal errands
- Must manage all reception functions efficiently
- Keeping offices neat and tidy
- Preparing coffee/refreshments for staff and visitors
- Managing bookings and boardroom schedules/forms
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and pay attention to detail
- Own vehicle preferable, or reliable transport to work
