WE’RE HIRING: Administration Officer – Technical Services
Location: Parow, Cape Town

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Administration Officer to support a Technical Services department with maintenance coordination, data capturing, reporting, stock control, supplier liaison and general administration.

The successful candidate must be accurate, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Capture, process and maintain maintenance request records
Assist with monthly maintenance data analysis and equipment breakdown trends
Support monthly stock takes and update spare parts stock cards
Maintain SOP training records and departmental skills matrix
Coordinate the planned maintenance calendar
Process invoices and orders on SYSPRO
Compile monthly reports for management
Liaise with external service providers
Take minutes during departmental meetings
Maintain accurate departmental filing and records
Assist with ad hoc administrative and operational duties

Minimum Requirements:
? Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 equivalent
? 1–2 years’ related experience in a manufacturing environment
? Strong MS Office skills, including Outlook, Excel and MS Access
? SYSPRO experience will be advantageous
? Strong administrative and organisational skills
? Good written and verbal communication skills
? High attention to detail and accuracy
? Ability to work under pressure
? Technical ability will be advantageous

The ideal candidate will be punctual, self-motivated, accurate and able to manage multiple administrative tasks while supporting the technical operations of the department.
