Espace Maison Ltée is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to maintain the company's financial accounts and manage accounts payable and receivable.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain accurate accounting records and supporting financial documentation.

• Prepare and submit monthly statutory returns to the Mauritius Revenue Authority (MRA).

• Prepare timely financial reports for analysis and decision-making purposes.

• Ensure all financial transactions are processed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Assist the Accountant and Finance Manager in the preparation of management accounts, budgets, and annual financial statements.

• Perform duties in compliance with established standards, company procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Degree in Accounting and Finance Management

• ACCA Level 1

• At least 2 years in similar position

• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
