EVA Profile

The Ethiopian Veterinary Association (EVA) is a Non-Governmental, not for-profit Voluntary professional association of Veterinarians with 50 years of service in the Country. Since its establishment in 1974, EVA has been contributing to the emergence of an efficient, effective, and competitive livestock industry in Ethiopia. EVA is also a member of the World Veterinary Association. Besides its role in protecting the rights and interests of veterinarians and upholding professional ethics and standards, EVA is dedicated to policy advocacy, the development, promotion, awareness, and dissemination of knowledge and best practices in the livestock sector.
