East African Holding (EAH) is a business group in Ethiopia with roots dating back to 1891, when members of the Bizenu family decided to establish a trading company. For the last several decades,

EAH has been playing a prominent role in Ethiopia’s industrialization.

As a holding group comprised of several subsidiaries, EAH's companies operate in a variety of sectors such as manufacturing of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), agriculture, agro-processing (tea and coffee), printing and packaging, transport, real estate, cement production, and mining.

EAH is also involved in importing various essential commodities to the country, as well as exporting of major cash crops such as coffee, tea, pulses, and seeds. While engaged in such diverse economic activities, EAH continues to evolve and strengthen its position as a major contributor in the development of the private sector in Ethiopia and beyond.

Moreover, we take corporate social responsibility seriously and contribute to society through the Buzuayehu Tadele Foundation.
